Khai McBride

Known as the entrepreneur’s systems coach, Khai McBride’s business acumen and coaching skills are widely recognized by top mortgage companies nationwide. Voted among the 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40 three years in a row by National Mortgage Professional Magazine, he is an expert in systems, database management, and mindset.

Before starting KMPC, Khai McBride was a loan officer/branch manager for 11 years. He learned you can be great at sales and still be limited in the number of loans you close because of the time and effort it takes to close them. Through his own experience and that of his mentors, Khai McBride created a step-by-step method for loan officers to gain the efficiencies in operations, systems and teams to increase production without increasing working hours. 

What started as a desire to give back to the community has evolved over more than a decade into the KMPC Signature Program. This program focuses on alleviating the pain points that keep loan officers from reaching the next level, and is targeted to loan officers needs at three distinct levels.

Robert Mahaffey

A broker since 2003, Robert Mahaffey opened 3rd Street Financial in 2007 and started coaching with KMPC in 2011. He has since grown his one-man shop to 10 employees, and was named to Cincinnati Business Courier’s Great Cincinnati 12th Fastest Growing Private Company, the “Fast 55”, two years in 2018 and 2019. Robert is extremely passionate about helping the industry be better and utilizes KMPC’s entrepreneurial, systematic and relationship driven approach to produce, manage, and coach.

Justin Brown

Justin Brown started his mortgage career in 1999, working as a loan processor, underwriter, and operations manager. This back-end experience gave him an extensive edge in understanding the ins and outs of the mortgage industry.

In 2014, he started coaching with KMPC and saw his business to continue to grow earning him top spots in the Scotsman Guide Top 1% and NAHREP’s Top 100 six years in a row. Today, he is giving back to the industry as a KMPC, specializing in systems setup, team building, automation, and leadership.

A client of KMPC, he is now a branch manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage and highly recognized top producer. He prides himself on achieving life balance through proper automation and delegation while still maintaining the high level of service his clients expect.

Alex Jimenez

Traci was one of KMPC’s first clients more than 10 years ago and one of our biggest turnaround stories, starting from just 3 loans per month.

Keith Goeringer

Technology Coach / Branch Manager

Keith Goeringer has closed over $450 million dollars worth of mortgage loans, and has seen both the easy qualification times and the more difficult times. His technology expertise has raised the level of service he’s provided to his clients and referral partners.

In addition to being a long time coaching client of KMPC, Keith is also the official technology coach for KMPC clients, helping them learn and implement mortgage technologies to help them run and scale their businesses.
